Insignia Group - Dealership Accessory Solution
Accessory platform for dealership sales

Project Overview
I worked on a dealership accessory solution designed to help dealerships increase revenue and improve customer experience by integrating accessories directly into the vehicle buying journey.
The platform serves multiple user groups — from internal teams managing content and data, to dealership staff selling accessories, to customers exploring add-ons during purchase. My focus was to simplify complex workflows and create a seamless experience across both retail and admin interfaces.
My Role
- Led UX flows and UI design across retail and admin experiences
- Conducted user research and collaborated directly with end users
- Iterated on an existing product to improve usability and efficiency
- Partnered closely with developers and internal teams
Challenge
Designing this platform required simplifying a highly complex system with multiple user types, large amounts of data, and varying dealership workflows. I had to balance flexibility with usability, ensuring the experience worked across different processes while keeping interfaces clear, intuitive, and efficient within the constraints of an existing product.
Outcome
The result is a clean, intuitive interface that simplifies a complex process, making it easier for dealership staff to manage accessories and for customers to confidently explore and purchase add-ons.
A major focus was reducing friction and speeding up workflows, helping users accomplish tasks more efficiently while maintaining clarity throughout the experience.
